This role is crucial for leading complex SAP HCM Payroll implementation and transformation projects for global clients, ensuring high-quality, value-added support to drive EY’s growth agenda.

The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Location: In-person, India (Karnataka)
• Team: SAP Technical Consulting team, reporting to onsite coordinators
• Mission: Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementation and business transformation projects for global customers.
• Tech Stack: SAP HCM, SAP HCM Payroll, PA/PM, SuccessFactors

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead: Lead SAP HCM Payroll implementation projects and business transformation / managed services tracks.
• Design: Conduct business blueprint workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be designs.
• Develop: Deliver Business Blueprints, configurations, functional specifications, unit test scripts, and integration test scripts.
• Interact: Interface with onsite coordinators and customer representatives, providing regular status reports.
• Mentor: Mentor the project team in executing identified projects to meet business requirements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Computer Applications. Senior Manager level with strong process experience in SAP HCM.
• Experience: 12+ years of experience in SAP HCM, including end-to-end payroll process implementations.
• Skills: Expertise in Wage type, Schema, and PCR configuration; knowledge of PA/PM and time integration with payroll; ability to configure tax requirements for countries like US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai, and NZ; strong business communication and leadership skills; understanding of integration best practices.
• Bonus: Prior experience with SuccessFactors.
