Job Description: SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program – Corporate Marketing [Bellevue]
Position Title: SAP Student Training and Rotation (STAR) Program – Corporate Marketing [Bellevue]
Location: Bellevue, Washington
Expected Start/End Date: June 2025 – September 2027
This is a multi-year undergraduate rotational program designed to provide students with internship experiences, leading to potential full-time employment upon graduation. The global program includes over 1,000 students and offers hands-on experience through rotations across multiple teams within the Corporate Marketing organization. Selected students may participate in an international rotation at one of over 200 global office locations.
Responsibilities:
• Participate in formal training on SAP’s technology stack, Corporate Marketing organization, and soft skills.
• Contribute to and complete project-based work assigned by rotational teams.
• Support and contribute to the strategy and priorities of rotational teams.
• Commit to full-time employment during university breaks and part-time work (minimum 10 hours/week) during academic terms.
Project Focus Areas:
• Digital marketing and future industry trends
• Understanding and influencing consumer behavior
• The connected customer journey
• Storytelling with data and executive presentation skills
• Stakeholder management and advising
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Marketing or related field) at a university near Seattle/Bellevue, graduating in 2027 or 2028.
• Interest in a long-term internship with full-time summer hours and part-time academic year hours.
• Adaptable, proactive, curious, and eager to learn.
• Collaborative and team-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (English required, additional languages a plus).
• Ability to work remotely and in a hybrid capacity in the SAP Bellevue office.
Compensation: The targeted combined compensation range (base salary + variable incentive) is $15,000 – $62,000 USD annually. The actual offer will depend on factors like education, skills, experience, and location.
