What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement & Analysis: Lead client workshops to gather and thoroughly analyze business requirements, collaborating with finance leaders and business stakeholders to define future-state finance processes.
• Solution Design & Configuration: Design and configure robust SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions, ensuring they are scalable and drive measurable business outcomes for clients.
• End-to-End Project Delivery: Deliver comprehensive finance transformation projects across both Financial Accounting and Management Accounting processes, providing support from initial solution design through to testing, cutover, go-live activities, and business adoption.
• Strategic Finance Advisory: Provide trusted advisory services directly to CFO and Finance leadership teams, focusing on driving finance process optimization and standardization initiatives.
• Team Leadership & Growth: Manage specific project workstreams, mentor junior consultants within the SAP practice, and actively contribute to business development efforts through proposals and solutioning activities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An experienced professional with a deep understanding of finance business processes and controls, gained within consulting, professional services, or large enterprise environments, capable of working on large-scale transformation programs.
• Experience: 6+ years of SAP Finance consulting experience, specifically delivering SAP implementation or transformation programs, with a focus on end-to-end initiatives.
• Skills: Strong SAP S/4HANA Finance configuration capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills, and proven workshop facilitation abilities.
