Senior Associate, Employee Central – Time Tracking | PwC

This position is vital for implementing and supporting SAP Employee Central solutions, allowing clients to achieve their strategic objectives by enhancing their operational capabilities.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Implementations: Head the Employee Central track for significant multi-country implementations for international or domestic clients.
• Apply Expertise: Utilize strong knowledge and hands-on experience across all Employee Central functionalities, including Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
• Configure Time Data: Create and enable assignment of absence time types, time account types, and time off master data to employees, considering regional laws and regulations.
• Facilitate Design: Independently lead design workshops for customers, applying understanding of leading practices and industry best practices.
• Manage Integrations: Understand platform-level integration of Employee Central with other modules, S4H, 3rd Party Payroll, and other systems, along with the data migration approach.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Associate level with a Master of Business Administration preferred, or a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech), MCA, CA, or ICWA. This role requires specialization in business application consulting, specifically within the SAP ecosystem.
• Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience, including leading Employee Central tracks for large multi-country implementations and independently leading customer design workshops. Demonstrated hands-on experience with all core Employee Central functionalities and a good understanding of the end employee life cycle on the SF platform is essential.
• Skills: Mandatory proficiency in Employee Central – Time Tracking, Time Tracking Software, and comprehensive knowledge of Employee Central functionalities such as Foundation, Position Management, Employee Master Data, Employee Life Cycle Events, Time Off, and Benefits.
• Bonus: Experience with platform-level integration of Employee Central with S4H, 3rd Party Payroll, and other systems. Strong understanding of Data Migration approach/strategy for Employee Central. Preferred optional skills include Analytical Thinking, Business Process Modeling, Enterprise Integration, and Implementing Technology.
