• Mission: Improve visibility into candidate pipelines and recruiting outcomes, enhancing recruiting workflows and decision-making through data and AI-enabled tools.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting: Generate clear recruiting operations reports, including weekly updates on open/filled requisitions, and track special projects to produce presentation-ready materials.
• Insights: Develop data-informed insights that improve visibility into pipeline health, candidate flow, and overall recruiting outcomes.
• AI Adoption: Support the adoption of AI-enabled tools within recruiting workflows through communications, enablement (e.g., job aids, training notes, best practices), and tracking adoption metrics and feedback.
• Project Management: Manage projects effectively by defining milestones, organizing tracking, and ensuring timely communication with stakeholders, particularly the Director of North America Talent Discovery.
• Recruiting Support: Provide end-to-end recruiting execution support, which includes identifying, attracting, screening, selecting candidates, and assisting with offer finalization processes.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled or a recent graduate (within 6 months of graduation date) pursuing a master’s degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field; seniors in a bachelor’s program will be considered.
• Experience: Exposure to a recruiting or corporate work environment is highly preferred.
• Skills: Ability to manage multiple competing priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain organization in a demanding environment. Strong attention to detail, reporting discipline, and comfort working with data and analytics to track progress and inform decisions. A project management mindset encompassing planning, tracking, and follow-through, alongside strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Any prior exposure to recruiting processes or a corporate professional setting.
