What You’ll Actually Do
• Ensure recruiting initiatives align with enterprise project standards, governance, and reporting, in partnership with recruiting leadership.
• Provide global project support, coordinating tracking of priorities, risks, dependencies, and progress across regions and workstreams.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and reports (e.g., QBRs, leadership readouts) that clearly communicate project status, insights, and decision points.
• Generate data-informed insights to improve visibility into pipeline health, candidate flow, and overall recruiting outcomes.
• Support the adoption of AI within recruiting workflows through communications, enablement (e.g., job aids, training notes), and by tracking adoption metrics and feedback.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate (within 6 months of start date) of a Bachelor’s, Master’s, JD, or PhD program, ideally pursuing an MBA or Master’s in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
• Experience: No specific years or platform experience required.
• Skills: Project management mindset (planning, tracking, follow-through), Strong written and verbal communication, Data analysis and reporting, Ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
• Bonus: Exposure to recruiting or a corporate work environment.
