The TL;DR

• Team: Global Sponsorships team; reports to the Head of Americas Global Sponsorships
• Mission: To ensure the Global Sponsorships team runs efficiently and provides first-class experiences to customers and stakeholders by delivering effective support in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Suite including Photoshop

What You’ll Actually Do
• Meeting Preparation: Work with the Head of Americas Global Sponsorships to prepare for all upcoming meetings, providing necessary context, pre-meeting documents, and briefings.
• Scheduling & Planning: Act as the main point of contact for all scheduling and planning requests for team managers and for larger partner and external events.
• Project Tracking: Maintain a weekly task list to track and update the status of each property, facilitating their overall management and progress.
• Budget Management: Support the management of the North America budget with the agency of record and create alignment through concise documentation of processes and expectations.
• Procurement & Vendor Management: Submit and track shopping carts and Purchase Orders (POs) across North America properties, manage status changes, and create new vendors for payment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Current university student or recent graduate with the ability to support this role full-time.
• Experience: Demonstrated initiative, perseverance, curiosity, and an aptitude for working on meaningful projects. Requires strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative approach, proactive troubleshooting, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.
• Skills: Fluent in English, proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel) and Adobe Suite (including Photoshop). Must be organized, a self-starter, detail-driven, responsive, and capable of multi-tasking in a timely manner.
• Bonus: Preferred fields of study include Business Administration, Sports & Entertainment, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
