This is an internship at SAP, located in Palo Alto, CA. • Team: SAP Concur Global Product Marketing team, reporting to the VP, Global Product Marketing
• Mission: Drive product awareness, adoption, and go-to-market success for SAP Concur within the broader SAP ecosystem through strategic event coordination.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Teams, Zoom, RainFocus, Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel), Microsoft Copilot

What You’ll Actually Do
• Coordinate global and regional SAP and third-party marketing events from start to finish.
• Manage event planning timelines, track tasks, and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee logistics for events including agendas, speakers, registrations, calendars, and communications.
• Ensure consistent messaging, branding, and content alignment by coordinating with GTM Product Marketing.
• Analyze event performance by tracking attendance, engagement metrics, and post-event feedback for SAP Concur specific sessions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
• Experience: Experience organizing projects, events, or programs (academic, volunteer, or prior internships), with previous exposure to global or cross-regional teams.
• Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, familiarity with virtual event platforms and registration tools, and effective communication skills for presenting findings.
• Bonus: Interest in product marketing, go-to-market strategy, or enablement, and comfort using Microsoft Copilot with effective prompting techniques.
