Senior Associate, LMS & Enterprise Apps SAP Advisory | PwC

The Tone:
This is a full-time role at PwC, located in Noida, India. PwC’s business application consulting team specializes in helping clients optimize operational efficiency by implementing software solutions and providing training and support. As a SAP consulting generalist, this role focuses on leveraging versatile SAP application knowledge, specifically in Learning Management Systems (LMS), to enable clients to achieve their strategic objectives. This position plays a critical part in delivering seamless integration and utilization of essential business applications.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Implement: Lead or contribute to a minimum of two end-to-end SAP and LMS solution implementations for clients.
• Configure: Independently configure SAP and LMS solutions to meet client requirements.
• Facilitate: Lead or actively contribute to client workshops to gather requirements and present solutions.
• Integrate: Understand and ensure the effective integration of LMS solutions within client enterprise applications.
• Solve: Help clients solve complex business issues by providing expertise from strategy development to execution.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Senior Associate level, with a Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech), Master of Engineering (M.Tech), MBA (Master of Business Administration), MCA, or a qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA) or ICWA.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, including mandatory hands-on experience with LMS and a track record of at least 2 end-to-end implementations.
• Skills: LMS, HCM Implementation, Application Software, Enterprise Software, Business Process Modeling.
