The Tone:
This is an internship at SAP, located in Bellevue, WA, but can be virtual. SAP builds and supports end-to-end business application software, touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, serving 200 million users globally with over one hundred thousand employees. This role matters because you will support crucial strategic planning and communication efforts for the Concur Global Distribution organization, directly contributing to meeting revenue growth targets and shaping the company’s future.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Partner: Collaborate with the VP Business Transformation and cross-functional leaders to support the 2026 revenue strategy and business planning.
• Report: Gather updates, develop executive communications, and report on Key Initiative status, critical strategic efforts, and other ongoing business activities.
• Create: Develop strategic narratives and enhance storytelling through PowerPoint materials for key initiatives and executive-level presentations.
• Collaborate: Engage across the organization to collect insights, prepare documentation and communications, and participate in project meetings as needed.
• Contribute: Support the annual planning process and assist in modernizing planning workflows and communication by leveraging AI tools.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a graduate degree program, specifically an MBA with a focus on strategic management and communication.
• Experience: Project management experience, including planning activities, managing execution, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to transform complexity into a simple story, strong people skills, highly organized with strong time management skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
