What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Work with the VP of Business Transformation and cross-functional leaders to support 2026 business planning and performance management initiatives.
• Develop: Lead the development of executive reporting on key business metrics to enable critical rhythm-of-business activities and standalone project analyses.
• Collaborate: Collaborate across the organization to create cohesive, aligned dashboards and reports.
• Modernize: Drive modernization of reporting processes through the use of AI and advanced analytics techniques.
• Contribute: Contribute to the annual strategic planning cycle.

The Must-Haves
• Background: MBA student with a focus on strategic management and reporting, currently enrolled in a graduate degree program applicable to the position.
• Experience: Project management experience that includes planning activities, managing the execution of the plan, and keeping stakeholders informed of progress.
• Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong people skills, highly organized with strong time management skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, and SQL.
