The Role
- Manage a high volume of inbound calls, utilizing advanced CRM software to assist customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service upgrades.
- Employ consultative sales techniques to effectively identify customer needs and match them with appropriate auto insurance or wireless products.
- Perform precise data entry and meticulous record management, ensuring all order processing and account updates are handled with 100% accuracy.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns by combining empathy, comprehensive product knowledge, and efficient problem-solving frameworks.
- Multitask across various digital platforms and communication tools to maintain high efficiency and consistently meet performance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
What You’ll Need
- At least 6 months of experience in Sales, Upselling, or high-touch Customer Relationship Management (CRM) environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly navigate complex digital databases.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent; candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills, with a proven ability to persuade and influence customer decisions.
- A growth mindset and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in a fast-paced, cooperative corporate environment.
