What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Support: Manage a high volume of inbound calls, assisting customers with account management, billing inquiries, and service upgrades using advanced CRM software.
• Sales & Upgrades: Employ consultative sales techniques to effectively identify customer needs and match them with appropriate auto insurance or wireless products.
• Data Management: Perform precise data entry and meticulous record management, ensuring all order processing and account updates are handled with 100% accuracy.
• Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer concerns by combining empathy, comprehensive product knowledge, and efficient problem-solving frameworks.
• Performance Tracking: Multitask across various digital platforms and communication tools to maintain high efficiency and consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
The Must-Haves
• Background: A high school diploma or GED equivalent; candidates must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States. Core domain knowledge in sales, upselling, or high-touch customer relationship management.
• Experience: At least 6 months of experience in sales, upselling, or customer relationship management (CRM) environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly navigate complex digital databases.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal communication, active listening, problem-solving, data entry, and a proven ability to persuade and influence customer decisions.
