Job Description

This is a one-year internship program within the Sales Strategy team at Salesforce. The team partners with Sales Leaders to identify potential pipeline or revenue gaps, build new initiatives and programs to drive results, and measure progress on an ongoing basis.

The team:

• Utilizes a blend of strategy, operations, and analytics to enhance Sales team productivity and close rates.
• Functions as a business partner to Sales Leaders.
• Collaborates with Marketing, Business Development, Enablement, Programs, etc., to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the business.
• Is composed of individuals with diverse backgrounds in strategy, marketing, sales, and consulting.

Responsibilities:

• Support the success of Sales Strategy Managers by contributing to the growth strategy.
• Create reports and dashboards to inform decision making.
• Communicate results for Latin America and participate in business discussions regarding targets, forecast, pipeline, and other key metrics.

Qualifications:

• Graduation date by December 2025.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or Industrial Engineering (preferred, not required).
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with other teams.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial spirit, resilience, and a “getting things done” attitude to overcome challenges in a fast-paced environment.
• Open personality with a desire for learning and development.
• Advanced English proficiency (Spanish is a plus).
• Passion for Salesforce’s mission.
