About the Sales Strategy Team

The Sales Strategy team plays a critical role in driving revenue and maximizing sales performance at Salesforce. They act as business partners to Sales Leaders, identifying and addressing potential pipeline and revenue gaps. The team leverages a blend of strategy, operations, and analytics to enhance sales productivity and close deals.

They work closely with various departments including Marketing, Business Development, Enablement, and Programs to gain a comprehensive understanding of the business and develop effective solutions.

Job Description: Sales Strategy Intern

Role: This internship will provide you with valuable experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, supporting the Sales Strategy team in achieving their goals. You’ll be involved in various tasks related to:

Driving Growth Strategy: You’ll support the team in creating and implementing strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets.
Reporting and Analytics: You’ll be responsible for building reports and dashboards using data to provide actionable insights for decision-making.
Communication and Collaboration: You’ll assist in communicating results to stakeholders in Latin America, engaging in discussions about key business metrics like targets, forecasts, and pipeline.
Problem-Solving: You’ll apply your analytical skills to identify challenges and contribute to finding creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Sales Strategy Managers in implementing growth strategies.
• Create and maintain reports and dashboards for data analysis and decision-making.
• Assist in communicating key performance indicators (KPIs) and results to stakeholders in Latin America.
• Participate in discussions regarding business metrics, targets, and forecasts.
• Contribute to problem-solving efforts by identifying challenges and proposing innovative solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications:

Graduation Date: December 2025
Degree: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields is a plus but not required.
Skills:
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative work style.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive, resilience, and a “getting things done” attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Advanced English fluency is essential, Spanish is a plus.
• Passion for Salesforce’s mission.
