This internship within the Sales Strategy team offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment. You’ll be involved in critical aspects of the sales process, contributing directly to the team’s goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Sales Strategy Managers: You’ll play a vital role in supporting the growth strategy by assisting with tasks such as creating reports and dashboards for informed decision-making.
• Analyze and Interpret Data: You’ll work with data related to sales performance, pipeline, forecasting, and other key metrics in the Latin American market.
• Communicate Findings: You’ll be responsible for communicating results effectively to stakeholders and participating in business discussions to analyze trends and identify opportunities.
• Contribute to Innovation: Your creative problem-solving skills will be essential for identifying and implementing new strategies to improve sales performance.
Qualifications:
• Graduation by December 2025: You’ll be nearing the completion of your studies, bringing fresh perspectives and academic knowledge to the team.
• Strong Interpersonal Skills: You’ll be collaborating closely with other teams, requiring excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Abilities: You’ll be working with data, so strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Entrepreneurial Drive: You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, requiring the ability to overcome challenges and achieve goals.
• Learning Mindset: A passion for learning and development is critical for success in this role.
• Advanced English and Spanish (a plus): Proficiency in English is a must, with Spanish being beneficial for this role.
