What You’ll Actually Do
• Prospecting and Outreach: Initiate contact with potential clients by conducting cold calls to restaurant and bar owners, introducing Tapin’s value proposition as a solution to increase their revenue and customer engagement.
• Direct Sales Pitches: Conduct face-to-face meetings by walking into venues, presenting Tapin’s fully branded ordering experience, customer data tools, loyalty programs, and SMS campaign capabilities directly to business owners.
• Full Sales Cycle Management: Independently manage your entire sales pipeline, overseeing each stage from the initial outreach and first touchpoint through to negotiation and securing a signed contract.
• Client Acquisition and Growth: Focus on building a new book of business from scratch, actively acquiring new restaurant and bar clients to adopt Tapin’s platform and grow the company’s market presence.

• Background: An individual driven by a strong desire to build and contribute meaningfully, seeking more than just a resume entry. This role is for someone eager to earn through their efforts and gain direct insight into how a business functions from the inside.
• Experience: No prior extensive experience is required, but a readiness to engage with real business owners, understand their objections, and work towards closing actual deals is essential.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to perform direct outreach via cold calling, confident in conducting in-person sales pitches, proficient in managing a complete sales pipeline, and capable of developing a client base independently. The role will cultivate the ability to sell, identified as a highly valuable skill.
