  • Facilities typically generate $4,000–$5,000/month in recurring revenue, with larger facilities exceeding this range.
  • 50% commission on first-month revenue from new accounts.
  • 20% recurring monthly commission on retained accounts.
  • 25% commission on prepaid dental office contracts (one-time).
  • With strong performance, there’s potential to exceed $150K+ annually.

Please note: This is not a passive internship. It is structured for individuals who want to actively sell, build relationships, and earn based on their performance. This is a commission-only role with no unpaid base salary.

About the Role: Real Sales Execution

This internship offers direct experience in real sales execution across both B2B and B2C segments:

  • B2B Sales: Targeting senior living, assisted living, and other healthcare facilities.
  • B2C Sales: Engaging with individuals and families identified through screenings, outreach, and referrals.

Interns will gain hands-on experience in handling leads, running effective sales calls, and closing deals, all while working closely with DentalScan’s leadership team. What You’ll Do: Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively follow up with inbound leads generated from outreach efforts and scan events.
  • Conduct outbound outreach campaigns to healthcare facilities and prospective clients.
  • Run discovery calls to understand client needs and present DentalScan’s tailored solutions.
  • Manage consistent follow-ups via phone, text, and email to nurture leads.
  • Convert conversations into successful closed deals, driving revenue growth.
  • Build, manage, and optimize a robust sales pipeline.
  • Track all conversations, outcomes, and next steps meticulously in CRM systems.
  • Actively support both B2B and B2C sales initiatives.
  • Provide valuable feedback on sales messaging, common objections, and strategies to leadership.
