This sales position offers unlimited earning potential within a thriving industry. The role focuses on growing a book of business by assisting small businesses with their digital marketing needs. Key responsibilities include:
• Business Development: Growing a portfolio of clients by helping small businesses succeed through digital marketing strategies.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Becoming proficient in various digital marketing solutions offered by Hibu to provide expert advice to clients.
• Consultative Sales: Developing long-term client relationships through a consultative sales approach, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Diverse Client Base: Working with a wide range of industries, ensuring variety and challenge in daily tasks.
• Team Collaboration: Working within a supportive team environment, celebrating successes together.
Compensation and Benefits:
• Competitive Salary: A base salary is provided, along with an expense allowance.
• Uncapped Commission and Bonuses: Earnings are significantly boosted by uncapped commissions and monthly bonuses. Projected first-year earnings are around $90,000, with potential for much higher income. Second-year projections range from $104,000 to $122,000, again with the possibility of exceeding these figures.

Requirements:
While sales experience (1-2 years) is preferred, it’s not mandatory. Hibu provides extensive training. Essential attributes include:
