Vector Marketing has immediate openings for Sales Representative positions, with the opportunity to start work within the week!

Basic Responsibilities

Our sales representatives play a crucial role in connecting customers with our high-quality American-made products. Key responsibilities include:

• Explaining the features and benefits of our Cutco products, which range from essential kitchen items to gardening tools.
• Working directly with customers to understand their needs and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Accurately placing customer orders.

No previous experience is necessary, as we provide all the comprehensive training needed for success.

Position Details

• Compensation: Our representatives are paid a $25.00 base-appointment pay, which is not dependent on sales or results. Commissions are also available based on performance, allowing you to earn more for your efforts. If a rep has an off week, they still get paid for the work they did.
• Training: Full training is provided. Even if you don’t stay with us long-term, you will build valuable communication, networking, and sales skills applicable to any professional field.
• Flexible Schedule: We offer a highly flexible work schedule designed to accommodate busy lives. Whether you need to work around classes, a full-time job, internships, or family obligations, we can help you set up a schedule that works best for you.
• Work Location: After initial training, representatives work locally. Meetings and ongoing training sessions are held in our office.

Basic Requirements

• Enjoys working with people.
• Must be 18+ years old, or 17 and a high school graduate. (Conditions apply.)
• Able to interview within the week of application.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills.

Ideal Candidate

We’ve found success with individuals from a wide array of backgrounds, including those who have worked in fast food, grocery stores, warehouses, landscaping, retail, as cashiers, in customer service, and as receptionists. Some of our most successful representatives have had no traditional work experience at all, but possessed a positive attitude and enjoyed interacting with people.
