Job Description:
PSI Groups is seeking motivated Sales Representatives who are currently college students or recent high school graduates to join their team. This is a remote, commission-based opportunity designed to allow students to gain real sales experience while still in school.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prospect and connect with clients: Utilize proven strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
• Conduct consultations: Assess client needs and recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
• Present products: Confidently present life insurance products virtually or in-person.
• Build client relationships: Manage and grow your own book of business.
• Get licensed: Obtain necessary licenses with company support.
Requirements:
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Willingness to obtain required licenses.
