The Albarado Group is seeking motivated Sales Representatives to join their team while still in college. This is an opportunity for students studying business, marketing, or sales to gain real experience, earn income, and build a long-term career in the life insurance and financial services industry. The role is designed for individuals eager to learn, grow, and succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Connecting: Use proven strategies to find and engage with potential clients.
Consultations and Recommendations: Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
Product Presentation: Confidently present life insurance products (virtual/telesales or in-person).
Client Relationship Management: Build lasting relationships with clients and manage your own book of business.
Licensing: Obtain the necessary licenses (with company support throughout the process).
