Job Description:

This is a Sales Representative position targeted towards college students studying business, marketing, or sales. The role offers the opportunity to gain real-world experience, earn income, and build a long-term career within the life insurance and financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Connecting: Utilize proven strategies to identify and engage potential clients.
Consultations and Recommendations: Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
Product Presentations: Confidently present products through virtual/telesales or in-person meetings.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships while managing your own book of business.
Licensing: Obtain the necessary licenses (with company support).

Key Requirements:

• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Willingness to get licensed.
