The Albarado Group is seeking motivated Sales Representatives currently in college to join their team. This is an opportunity to gain real-world sales experience, earn income, and build a long-term career in the life insurance and financial services sector.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and connect with clients using proven strategies.
• Conduct consultations and recommend tailored life insurance solutions.
• Present products confidently (virtual/telesales or in-person).
• Build client relationships and manage your own book of business.
• Get licensed (with company support).
Requirements:
• Strong interest in sales, marketing, or finance.
• Excellent communication and people skills.
• Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
• Willingness to get licensed (company assists with this).
