Fall Intern- Sales Operation Internship | School Specialty

The Tone:
This is a hybrid Sales Operations Internship at School Specialty, with a reporting location in Greenville, WI. • Mission: This person will contribute to identifying and solving operational problems, improving processes, and gaining hands-on experience in Sales Operations to support the team’s success and cross-functional collaboration.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain Experience: Achieve real-world, hands-on experience within the Sales Operations field.
• Collaborate Cross-functionally: Learn to work effectively with various departments and leaders across the organization, understanding how these departments interact and impact one another.
• Understand Processes: Gain an understanding into effective process improvement and change management methodologies.
• Document Processes: Learn the importance of and contribute to process documentation.
• Solve Problems: Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify and solve operational problems, contributing to solutions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently attending a 4-year college/university, pursuing a degree in business or a relevant field.
• Experience: Able to commit to part-time hours (10-15 hours per week) during the 2026 fall and 2027 spring semesters, with full-time availability offered for Summer 2027.
• Skills: Possesses self-motivation, critical thinking, problem-solving abilities, meticulous attention to detail, flexibility, adaptability, strong written and verbal communication skills, and robust technical computer navigation capabilities.
