Sales Operations & Development Administrator | Jo and Jax
The Tone:
This is an entry-level, full-time, in-office role at Jo and Jax, located in Pleasant Grove, UT. Jo and Jax operates within the Teamwear Sales department. This position provides flexible support to enhance both sales operations and future sales development within the department. The role focuses on improving operational efficiency, organizing sales processes, and assisting with client preparation efforts. It offers a clear path for growth into future Team Expert, Business Development, or Sales Operations roles.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations: Maintain and organize CRM records, updating client, lead, contact, and organization information.
• Reporting: Prepare sales reports, data summaries, and internal tracking tools for the team.
• Research: Research prospective clients, schools, studios, and market opportunities to support lead generation.
• Client Support: Assist with client showing preparation, inventory checks, catalogs, and sales materials.
• Event Management: Support event preparation, lead entry, post-event follow-up, and reporting.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level professional with experience in retail sales, customer service, client support, or administrative sales support.
• Experience: Comfortable using CRMs, spreadsheets, or project management tools; full-time availability for an in-office role.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; clear written and verbal communication; ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Bonus: Experience with Monday.com strongly preferred; interest in sales operations, business development, account management, or client success; experience supporting events, appointments, client prep, or product-based sales environments.
