What You’ll Actually Do
• Lead Generation: Conduct cold calls and outbound outreach activities to generate and qualify prospective client leads.
• Client Communication: Handle client calls, clearly explain company service offerings, understand client needs, and effectively communicate the value of solutions.
• Sales Nurturing: Follow up with prospects, guide them through the sales process, and work towards converting interested parties into qualified business opportunities.
• CRM Management: Maintain and daily update all client interactions, meeting notes, and sales activities within the company’s CRM system.
• Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and coordinate discussions between potential clients and the senior sales team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• Experience: Confidence in speaking with clients over phone calls and virtual meetings; basic understanding of sales, marketing, or business development.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, good interpersonal and persuasion skills, self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
