• Team: Reports to the Commercial Enablement Program Manager
• Mission: To provide essential support for account executives, managers, and engineers, while contributing to process improvements and managing critical sales and marketing documentation.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Support: Provide daily assistance and administrative support to account executives, managers, and engineers.
• Create: Prepare and finalize key deliverables such as reports, internal memos, and presentations, including issue resolution.
• Coordinate: Organize and manage various events and meetings, ensuring smooth operations.
• Improve: Contribute to initiatives focused on enhancing and streamlining existing processes.
• Maintain: Update and manage account records and other important sales and marketing documents.
• Communicate: Facilitate effective communication with both internal teams and external contacts.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as marketing, business administration, economics, or engineering.
• Experience: Must have completed your Sophomore year of college with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
