The Tone:
This is an early career role at M/I Homes, located in San Antonio, TX. In this role, you will support the Sales & Marketing team by contributing to the entire sales process, developing professional marketing materials, generating leads, and fostering buyer relationships. Your work is key to helping prospective homeowners find their ideal home and ensuring smooth community management.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Inventory Marketing Management: Manage the inventory home marketing program by processing website updates, tracking completion dates, and ensuring photo and pricing accuracy.
• Administrative Support: Execute routine administrative functions such as word processing, pricing updates, and ordering sales material supplies.
• Material Accuracy Assurance: Ensure the accuracy of all collateral materials, including handouts, brochures, sales literature, and the company website.
• Strategic Marketing Assistance: Support tactical marketing initiatives, assist in planning events, and conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, with current enrollment in a related undergraduate program or a recent graduate with a focus on Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Experience: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Skills: Understanding of various marketing techniques and strategies; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to quickly absorb information and follow direction.
• Bonus: A strong desire for professional growth and a genuine interest in the marketing industry and its best practices.
