Job Description:
Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking Sales Leadership Development Interns for their Washington, DC Market for a 10-week, full-time internship from June 2026 through August 2026. The internship requires 37.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
This internship offers college juniors a glimpse into the Beverage Alcohol Industry with a focus on the Distribution tier of the business. As an intern, you will sharpen your leadership skills, tackle real-world challenges, and collaborate with the best leaders in the industry. You will have the opportunity to network with executives and key leaders, participate in experiential learning and social events with other interns and leadership development professionals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Gain hands-on experience with business-critical projects, data analysis, and strategy development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members in sales, field marketing, finance, and more.
• Lead the creation and execution of business analysis and sales strategy related projects to drive business growth.
• Work closely with commercial sales leadership and the team to ensure effective communication, timely and complete delivery of projects, and future execution of project recommendations.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and other cross-functional partners to identify business opportunities.
• Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program, with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in a Business, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Analytics, or related field.
• Interested in pursuing a career path in Sales Leadership or Field Marketing.
• Must be 21 years of age at the time of the internship.
• Must maintain a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to investigate complex issues and conduct root cause analysis to resolve problems.
• Must be able to prioritize and balance multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship management abilities.
• Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
