Summer 2027 Finance and Accounting Internship | Victoria’s Secret & Co.

• Mission: To support Victoria’s Secret & Co.’s various Finance & Accounting teams by assisting with standard business reporting, performing key analyses, and contributing to administrative and special projects, thereby helping to drive the brand’s financial operations.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

What You’ll Actually Do
• Reporting Support: Assist in preparation of standard business reporting and month-end close activities.
• Financial Analysis: Perform business and profitability analyses.
• Research Communication: Communicate research findings in a professional, clear, concise, and technical manner.
• Administrative Assistance: Aid with departmental administrative needs.
• Project Execution: Complete special projects as directed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Working towards an undergraduate degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Must be able to work 40 hours per week during the summer of 2027.
• Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrated strong desire to learn, and innate curiosity.
• Bonus: General curiosity around the retail and fashion industry.
