About the Job: Sales Lead at Bridgeport Village
The Sales Lead role at the Bridgeport Village Pandora store is designed for someone who is passionate about the brand and dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This position supports both the Managers and Sales Associates and is instrumental to the store’s overall success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales: Exceed individual and store sales goals by building genuine connections with customers and demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Brand Ambassador: Embody the Pandora brand and culture, acting as a passionate and knowledgeable representative.
• Customer Experience: Create memorable shopping experiences that exceed customer expectations and foster brand loyalty.
• Performance: Exceed commercial targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Fan Engagement: Build lasting connections with customers and foster brand loyalty.
• Team Leadership: Coach and inspire the sales team, providing real-time feedback and guidance to help them achieve their KPI goals.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-performance selling environment.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• Strong business acumen and analytical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and delegation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite and retail point of sale systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
