Job Description:

ADP is seeking a Sales Intern to gain hands-on selling experience within a Fortune 250 company. This internship offers award-winning sales training and a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and belonging.

Responsibilities:

• Network with key decision-makers in a designated territory.
• Develop and execute a strategy to prospect targets for ADP payroll and human resources solutions.
• Mine existing and prospective clients for referral business.
• Work with the Training team to grow selling skills.
• Work with a dedicated ADP Sales Representative

Required Qualifications:

• Positive Self-Starter: An upbeat, persistent style, ability to cold call, manage time well, and present ideas professionally.
• Agile Solution Seeker: A problem solver who can find solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Continuous Learner: Currently attending school and have completed at least three years of a four-year bachelor’s degree program.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points):

• Prior Sales experience
• Exhibits leadership skills and works well in a collaborative environment
• Ability to recognize and deal appropriately with sensitive and confidential information
• Proficient with computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Compensation:

• $16.67 – $20.86 / Hour
