Key Responsibilities:

  • Product & Company Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Granite’s extensive portfolio of voice and data telecommunication products and services, coupled with comprehensive knowledge of our company’s mission, values, and market position.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Contribute to data-driven decision-making by producing and/or editing insightful written reports for team members, helping to track progress and identify strategic opportunities.
  • New Client Prospecting: Be at the forefront of business growth by actively prospecting new clients through targeted cold calling efforts, identifying leads, and initiating valuable business relationships.
  • CRM Mastery: Gain invaluable experience with industry-leading customer relationship management (CRM) software, specifically Salesforce, learning to manage leads, track interactions, and analyze sales data.
