Sales Funnel Manager (Internship) | [Company]

This is an unpaid internship at [Company], located 100% remotely. As the Sales Funnel Manager, you will serve as the final architect and gatekeeper of our digital sales infrastructure, ensuring every marketing asset is perfectly implemented, polished, and fully functional across the funnel. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, content, and technical implementation, providing the technical glue between creative teams and the marketing engine. Your mission is to ensure the entire user experience, from landing page to booking to thank-you page, is seamless, professional, and conversion-ready.
The TL;DR

• Mission: Ensure all marketing assets are correctly deployed and the user journey is seamless and conversion-ready.
• Tech Stack: Wistia, Cal.com, Google Drive, CMS platforms or landing page builders.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Asset Deployment: Upload and configure finalized video assets to Wistia, including player settings, and integrate Hashed Video IDs into landing pages.
• Content Implementation: Populate landing pages with finalized copy, testimonials, and FAQs, ensuring 100% accuracy in content, grammar, and formatting.
• Technical Logic: Set up and verify all Cal.com booking links, confirming correct redirect behavior after form submissions and bookings.
• Quality Assurance: Perform comprehensive Pre-Flight QA testing on the complete user journey to identify and report any technical issues or broken elements.
• A/B Test Execution: Work with the Media Buyer to deploy and manage split-test variations of pages, such as headlines or CTA placements.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a program in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Advertising, or Entrepreneurship. This role is focused on marketing funnel implementation and optimization, not computer science or software engineering.
• Experience: Comfortable working inside CMS platforms or landing page builders. Familiarity with tools such as Wistia, Cal.com, and Google Drive.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail and accuracy, understanding of marketing funnels and conversion flows, strong organizational and task-management skills, and the ability to follow processes and execute consistently.
• Bonus: Examples of landing pages, funnels, marketing projects, or relevant coursework.
