Job Description

Sales Funnel Manager (Internship)

Location: 100% Remote
Type: Unpaid Internship
Schedule: 15–20 hours per week
Duration: 3–6 months
Start Date: Immediate

Role Overview

As the Sales Funnel Manager, you are the final architect and gatekeeper of our digital sales infrastructure. Your mission is to ensure that every marketing asset, from copy to video, is perfectly implemented, polished, and fully functional across the funnel.

You sit at the intersection of marketing, content, and technical implementation. You do not write code, but you manage the systems and assets that make the funnel work. Your job is to ensure the entire experience, from landing page to booking to thank-you page, is seamless, professional, and conversion-ready.

In this role, you will work closely with our video editors, copywriters, and marketing team to ensure that all funnel assets are correctly deployed and that nothing in the user journey breaks or creates friction. Think of yourself as the technical glue between the creative teams and the marketing engine.

Core Responsibilities

Asset Deployment

  • Upload finalized video assets from Google Drive to Wistia
  • Configure Wistia player settings (thumbnail images, player colors, privacy settings, etc.)
  • Generate and integrate Hashed Video IDs into the CMS or landing page builder
  • Ensure videos are embedded correctly and load without playback issues

Content Implementation

  • Populate landing pages with finalized copy, testimonials, FAQs, and other marketing assets
  • Maintain 100% accuracy of all content on live pages (grammar, formatting, and layout)
  • Ensure all assets are the latest approved versions provided by the team

Technical Logic

  • Set up and verify all Cal.com booking links used throughout the funnel
  • Confirm correct redirect behavior after form submissions and bookings
  • Ensure the Thank You page flow works properly after each booking action

Quality Assurance & Funnel Polishing

  • Perform full Pre-Flight QA testing before pages go live
  • Test the complete user journey from landing page → booking → confirmation
  • Identify and report any technical issues or broken elements before traffic is sent to the funnel
  • Ensure pages appear clean, professional, and optimized for the user experience

A/B Test Execution

  • Work with the Media Buyer to deploy split-test variations of pages
  • Test elements such as headlines, video placements, or CTA placements
  • Maintain accurate versions of each page variant for testing purposes

Agile Updates

  • Implement quick updates to pages based on performance data or team feedback
  • Update videos, testimonials, or copy without disrupting the live funnel
  • Maintain consistency across all funnel pages when changes are introduced

Cross-Functional Coordination

The Sales Funnel Manager serves as the operational hub between multiple teams:

Video Team

  • Receive finalized video assets and confirm they meet funnel requirements
  • Upload and configure all Wistia video content

Copywriting Team

  • Ensure landing pages contain the latest approved messaging
  • Implement FAQs, testimonials, headlines, and CTA updates

Web Development Team

  • Report CMS bugs or layout issues
  • Request technical fixes or custom-code adjustments when necessary

Media Buying Team

  • Provide finalized funnel URLs for Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other campaigns
  • Coordinate A/B tests to improve funnel performance and ROAS
