What You’ll Do

This role is centered on outbound prospecting within the United States market, with a focus on generating qualified leads through email, LinkedIn, and phone outreach. You will be expected to work U.S. business hours, leveraging CRM tools like HubSpot to manage and grow pipeline activity in a dynamic, global environment.

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate new business opportunities specifically in the U.S. market.
  • Identify, research, and qualify potential leads within target insurance and insurtech segments.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Maintain accurate records of all outreach activities, lead status, and pipeline updates in the CRM (preferably HubSpot).
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, optimize campaigns, and improve targeting strategies.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture interest and guide them through the sales funnel.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outreach, qualification, and pipeline generation.
  • Stay informed on the latest insurance industry trends, insurtech innovations, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.

What We Need

  • At least 3 years of experience in a Sales Development, Business Development, or Outreach role for an IT/SaaS/tech company.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting (email, LinkedIn, and cold calling).
  • Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote or global team setup.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle a high volume of outreach activities.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in SaaS, insurtech, or insurance is a plus.
  • Must be based in the US, Mexico, or Canada.
