What You’ll Actually Do
• Pipeline Development: Build a robust sales pipeline by actively engaging in outbound prospecting and effectively qualifying inbound leads.
• Customer Engagement: Grow Cresta’s customer base through personalized emails, targeted calls, and creative social media outreach strategies.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to collaboratively plan, strategize, and execute outreach campaigns that contribute to revenue growth.
• Market Awareness: Analyze market research data to develop strategic approaches that raise awareness and generate genuine interest for Cresta’s offerings.
• Executive Interaction: Partner with account executives to generate meetings and create sales pipeline, which includes conducting high-level conversations with executives in prospect accounts.
• Performance Management: Create and prioritize target account and contact lists, and consistently achieve monthly quotas for scheduled meetings, qualified opportunities, and generated pipeline.
• Sales Support: Assist in drafting essential sales materials such as pitches, presentations, reference materials, and other required documents.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, serving as the foundation for this early-career sales development role.
• Experience: One or more years of prior sales experience, with a significant preference for candidates who have worked within a Software or High Tech company.
• Skills: A proven ability to thrive in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment; strong organizational skills combined with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks; clear, concise, and compelling storytelling across written, verbal, and visual formats; sound business acumen and a strong technical aptitude.
