Monograph develops a project and performance management platform specifically for architecture and engineering (A&E) firms, providing essential tools to optimize operations and gain unparalleled clarity into budgets, projects, time, and client data. The platform enables firms to transition to informed, data-driven decisions, fostering transparency and efficiency. In this pivotal role, the Sales Development Representative will be at the forefront of growth initiatives, building the foundation for new client relationships and expanding Monograph’s market presence.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify, meticulously research, and strategically qualify potential clients within the architecture and engineering (A&E) sector, ensuring a robust pipeline of high-potential leads.
• Client Outreach: Initiate compelling and tailored outreach campaigns across various channels, including email, phone, and social media, effectively communicating Monograph’s unique value proposition to prospective clients.
• Needs Discovery: Skillfully engage prospects in meaningful conversations, actively uncovering their specific needs and challenges, and demonstrating how Monograph’s platform can address their operational goals.
• CRM Management: Efficiently manage and nurture your dedicated sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all interactions, updates, and overall progress within the CRM system.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with both the Sales and Marketing teams to refine overall strategies, share critical market insights, optimize lead handoffs, and collectively drive business growth and revenue objectives.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred; foundational understanding of inside sales, lead generation, and business development.
• Experience: Proven ability to strategically identify, research, and qualify potential customers; demonstrated success in business development roles focused on driving growth and achieving targets.
• Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication, with a natural ability to build rapport and deliver persuasive pitches; goal-oriented mindset and strong commitment to achieving individual and team objectives; superior organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail for managing multiple leads and tasks; ability to thrive and contribute effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Bonus: Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales enablement tools.
