Role: Sales & Development Agent

We are seeking highly motivated and coachable individuals eager to follow a proven process towards achieving their professional and financial goals. This opportunity is open to both individuals new to the financial services industry and seasoned veterans looking for a new challenge. We are actively hiring for both part-time and full-time sales and development roles.

Key Responsibilities (Implicit)

• Engage with clients to understand their financial goals and needs.
• Educate clients on various financial products and strategies (e.g., retirement planning, life insurance, IULs, annuities).
• Provide tailored solutions to help clients build abundance, protect their families, and create a lasting legacy.
• Consistently follow a proven training and sales system to maximize effectiveness and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a high degree of integrity and professionalism in all client interactions.

Requirements

• Life and Health licensed or a strong willingness to take the necessary steps to become fully licensed (assistance and guidance are available).
• A genuine desire to learn industry skills and continuously improve to best serve our diverse clientele.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport and clearly explaining complex financial concepts.
• High degree of integrity and exceptional time management skills.
