What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Team & Operations: Lead, develop, and manage a regional team of Sales Compensation Analysts, owning the entire monthly compensation cycle from data readiness to payment release.
• Execute Compensation Cycles: Oversee semi-annual plan rollouts, accurately execute incentive calculation cycles within the SPM platform, and manage the claims and dispute resolution process for the AMS region.
• Drive Transformation: Lead initiatives focused on automating manual workflows, improving data quality, and reducing cycle times, including participation in AI-enabled Sales Performance Management improvements.
• Cultivate Partnerships: Serve as the primary AMS operations partner for Sales Compensation Design, Finance, and other leadership teams, representing AMS operations in key discussions and governance forums.
• Ensure Accuracy: Establish and enforce pre- and post-calculation validation standards and reconciliation protocols to guarantee payment accuracy and on-time delivery for all AMS seller populations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field, combined with 7-10 years in Sales Compensation Administration or Revenue Operations, including 2-3 years in a people management or team lead capacity.
• Experience: Hands-on experience with at least one enterprise Sales Performance Management (SPM) platform, supporting large sales organizations with complex go-to-market structures, and demonstrated experience managing compensation operations for a regional or multi-country seller population.
• Skills: Deep understanding of compensation plan mechanics, crediting models, and incentive calculation logic; proven ability to manage high-volume operational environments; strong people management and analyst development skills; advanced analytical capabilities for root cause diagnosis; and effective cross-functional stakeholder management.
