What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Engagement: Actively engage with customers on the sales floor and through various communication channels to understand their unique vehicle needs.
• Product Presentation: Conduct compelling presentations, showcasing the features, benefits, and technologies of our extensive inventory of Ford vehicles.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to vehicle delivery, ensuring a smooth and transparent transaction for every customer.
• Relationship Building: Provide exceptional post-sale service and follow-up to ensure complete customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
• Market Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth and up-to-date knowledge of Hiller Ford’s inventory, current promotions, financing options, and the latest automotive trends.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college education or a relevant sales certification is a significant advantage.
• Experience: Demonstrated ability in sales roles, coupled with excellent customer relationship management skills. Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities, computer proficiency, proven talent for building rapport and trusting relationships, and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Bonus: A strong knowledge of automobiles and a genuine interest in the automotive industry is highly desirable. Eagerness and willingness to continuously learn about new products, promotions, and automotive technologies.
