The Tone:
This is a full-time, entry-level role at Engagify, located in Charlotte, NC. Engagify specializes in live, face-to-face marketing campaigns that help organizations connect with their communities. This role is crucial for expanding support for nonprofit campaigns, helping to bring important missions directly to the communities we serve, and developing motivated individuals into future sales leaders within a team-focused environment.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Represent: Represent nonprofit organizations through professional face-to-face interactions with community members.
• Engage: Engage with community members directly to create positive experiences and build support for partner missions.
• Learn: Learn and apply effective sales and communication strategies to foster strong customer engagement.
• Support: Support daily marketing campaign goals and team objectives to ensure successful outcomes.
• Collaborate: Work alongside experienced team members to improve sales skills and contribute to a collaborative environment.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. A desire to develop professional sales skills and a career path.
• Experience: No previous sales experience is required; comprehensive training is provided from day one.
• Skills: A positive attitude and strong work ethic, a competitive spirit motivated by goals, a coachable mindset willing to learn, and a commitment to personal growth.
• Bonus: Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, restaurants, event staff, athletics, or volunteer organizations. Recent college graduates and individuals from team-based environments are encouraged to apply.
