What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Solutions: Develop consumer and commercial customer solutions for local and national accounts, including Fortune 500 companies.
• Inventory Management: Manage a large inventory of nationally recognized vehicles, balancing fleet productivity, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Generate new business leads and cultivate existing customer relationships.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure complete customer satisfaction in all interactions.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-level position requiring a Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience: Valid driver’s license is required, along with the ability and willingness to drive Penske vehicles, including a 26’ box truck.
• Skills: Effective communication skills (both written and verbal), results orientation, attention to detail, and good time management skills.
• Bonus: Internship or related work experience in a customer-facing role preferred; preferred concentration in Business or Marketing.
