• Mission: Lead the operation of employee dining facilities, canteens, food retail points, and vending services within our large-scale industrial environment, ensuring reliable, safe, and exceptional culinary experiences for our team.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Leadership: Steer the daily execution of services across employee dining facilities, canteens, food retail points, and vending services, maintaining consistent service continuity, high quality, and strong employee satisfaction.
• Vendor Management: Manage external catering and service partners, including monitoring service level agreements (SLAs), evaluating supplier performance, ensuring contract compliance, and developing continuous improvement plans.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce rigorous hygiene and food safety standards, specifically HACCP and Mexican NOM-251, by overseeing audits, managing allergen controls, and implementing immediate corrective actions.
• Financial & Resource Management: Take ownership of operational and investment budgets, implement cost controls, and drive efficiency initiatives while optimizing resource allocation and actively minimizing food waste.
• Innovation & Project Leadership: Drive the digital transformation of administrative workflows, coordinate facility renovations or the introduction of new service concepts, and lead cross-functional improvement projects that enhance food service operations.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Food Engineering, Gastronomy, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or Business Administration. We are seeking a service-oriented professional who combines rigorous food safety expertise with strong operational and vendor management skills.
• Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience managing food services in corporate or industrial environments, with proven experience overseeing outsourced operations and external catering providers.
• Skills: Strong knowledge of food safety and Mexican hygiene standards (HACCP, NOM-251); demonstrated experience in budget control, cost management, and operational KPIs; proficiency in Business English; excellent stakeholder management; strong problem-solving skills; and the ability to clearly communicate results.
