Job Description: Sales and Marketing Intern

The Erborian Sales and Marketing Intern is a crucial member of a small team, responsible for managing numerous projects from inception to completion. The role demands a self-motivated, analytical individual passionate about beauty and branding.

Responsibilities:

Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research on competitors.
Marketing Coordination: Support the marketing team in various activities.
Marketing Plan Assistance: Contribute to the development and execution of the marketing plan.
Wholesale Calendar Management: Update the calendar with sales events, sampling initiatives, etc.
Kit Development: Participate in the creation of product kits, including packaging, instructions, and purchase orders (POs).
New Product Setup: Assist with the setup of new products, encompassing comparisons, forms, and regulatory review.
Web Partner Optimization: Optimize and audit the websites of online partners.
Sales Reporting: Generate sell-in and sell-through reports. This includes weekly sell-out reports for THG, Revolve, and Shopbop, as well as monthly reports and key findings for Amazon and other web partners.
Purchase Order Suggestions: Propose purchase orders for web partners.
Assortment Management: Manage the assortment needs of wholesale partners, maintaining up-to-date assortment files.
Novelty Tracking: Keep the novelty tracker current with shipping dates and launch plans.
Inventory Management: Manage FIFO (First In, First Out) and end-of-life product management.
Communication: Maintain excellent communication with web partners, ensuring timely follow-ups and project completion.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Prior internship experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to handle multiple tasks.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Interest in beauty, fashion, retail, or sales is a plus.
• Passion for beauty trends.
• Team player with a proactive approach.

Physical & Travel Requirements:

• Ability to work in a standard office environment.
• Availability to work 15 hours per week.
