Job description

This paid internship program is specifically designed for sales-oriented candidates who aspire to careers in sales or management. It is a highly structured 10-12 week introductory course aimed at providing participants with a comprehensive working knowledge of the electrical distribution industry.

The program integrates a combination of mentoring and hands-on, on-the-job training, ensuring practical and in-depth learning. It requires a strong commitment from each participant as it exposes them to various critical aspects of the electrical distribution field, including:

• Warehouse operations
• Shipping and receiving processes
• Counter sales
• Outside sales and the development of essential interpersonal skills
• Customer relations
• Understanding of the CED business philosophy

Interns will be given significant opportunities to contribute across multiple departments, gain insights by shadowing business leaders, and take initiative by leading special projects.
