Description: Sales and Delivery Project Manager Internship

This is a full-time, on-site internship expected to run from approximately May 2025 to August 2025, with the possibility of extending into Fall 2025. The minimum commitment is 12 weeks. The internship is open to currently enrolled students; recent graduates should apply for full-time positions. International students with CPT work authorization must be able to work 40 hours per week and should check with their school beforehand. Many students may be limited to part-time work during the academic year.

This internship focuses on critical challenges within Tesla’s Sales and Delivery organization. The intern will work to improve efficiency and customer experience by:

Driving process improvements: Identifying and implementing improvements across all Sales and Delivery functions, applying lessons learned from one project to the next. This includes finding cost-effective, scalable solutions to issues affecting customer experience.

Managing key initiatives: Executing projects in pre-delivery and delivery operations, sales operations, and compliance. This involves coordinating resources, setting timelines, and delegating tasks across teams.

Providing feedback and reporting: Consolidating and sharing feedback with stakeholders and the central support team. Conducting project evaluations and post-mortems to inform process changes. Regularly reporting on program status to regional leadership, including potential risks and proposed solutions.

On-site work and quality control: Regularly visiting sites to monitor activities, enforce quality and customer service standards, resolve problems, identify trends, and escalate challenges to the Central Support Team.

Continuous improvement: Identifying and communicating areas for improvement in sales and delivery reporting and analytics.

Collaboration: Working with other Sales and Delivery Project Managers across North America to share best practices and standardize processes.

New location support: Assisting in the setup of new locations, identifying needs, and ensuring successful sales/delivery operations.

Required Skills and Qualities:

• Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts and proactively seek clarification.
• Strong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

The hourly rate is between $20.43 and $28.61, plus benefits, and may vary based on factors like location and experience.
