The TL;DR
• Role: Early Career / Mid-Career Professional
• Type: Full-time
• Location: In-person Pontiac, MI
• Mission: To develop versatile professionals capable of supporting UWM’s clients and team members through diverse functional exposure and skill development within a year-long rotational immersion.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Rotational Immersion: Immerse yourself in 12 months of broad exposure by completing assignments in over 20 key UWM departments, including Marketing, Finance, and Operations.
• Project Leadership: Lead and actively contribute to diverse departmental projects, ensuring outcomes meet strategic goals and contribute meaningfully to UWM’s objectives.
• Professional Development: Participate in regular performance evaluations, feedback sessions, training sessions, and workshops designed to enhance both technical and leadership abilities.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Networking: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deeply understand various business units, processes, and strategies, while connecting with mentors, senior leaders, and peers for guidance.
• Strategic Communication & Event Support: Prepare and present comprehensive findings, reports, and recommendations to department heads and senior leaders, and support the Engagement team for large company events like the UWM Rally.

• Bonus: Leadership or management experience gained in demanding environments is preferred for this role.
