Rotational Operations Intern | Cloud Coach

The Tone:
This is an internship at Cloud Coach, located in Fort Collins, CO. Cloud Coach is a Salesforce-native Project Management, Client Onboarding, and Professional Services Automation (PSA) platform used by services teams globally. Following a 2025 acquisition, it is now a 60+ person global organization with headquarters in downtown Fort Collins, CO. This role is critical as the company scales, providing essential operational support to the Fort Collins office and offering a unique opportunity for the intern to explore various departments and grow within the company.

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Type: Part-time (15-20 hrs/week)
• Location: In-person, Fort Collins, CO
• Pay: $18 hourly
• Team: Reports to HR and works closely with teams across the organization.
• Mission: This person will maintain daily office operations while rotating through every department to contribute to live projects and discover growth areas.
• Tech Stack: Salesforce, Cloud Coach platform

What You’ll Actually Do
• Office Culture Coordination: Coordinate employee birthdays, work anniversaries, and team celebrations to enhance company culture.
• Internal Event Support: Support internal events and company-wide initiatives, managing logistics through to follow-through.
• Office Management: Keep the Fort Collins office running smoothly by restocking snacks, coordinating team lunches, and ensuring a welcoming space.
• Foundational Training: Complete structured onboarding training on Salesforce and the Cloud Coach platform, gaining hands-on exposure to core business tools.
• Cross-Departmental Rotation: Rotate through departments like Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales, Product, and HR, shadowing teams and contributing to real projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Entry-Level. Currently enrolled in a college or university program, pursuing a degree in Business, HR, Management, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and work in a professional in-person office environment.
• Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, a high level of ownership, accountability, and curiosity, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bonus: Prior Salesforce exposure or interest in CRM/SaaS tools, experience with spreadsheets or basic data analysis, prior internship, part-time work, or campus leadership experience, or an interest in HR, operations, consulting, or business strategy.
