The Tone:

This entry-level Rotational Assistant position is designed to be a foundational step, providing individuals with diverse experiences necessary to build essential skills. Through temporary desk coverage and participation in ad-hoc projects across different departments, Rotational Assistants gain exposure to the company’s operations. The role is pivotal for career progression, as individuals are expected to apply for and accept permanent desk opportunities as they become available, contributing to the company’s ongoing talent development.

• Mission: This role supports various departments by handling administrative tasks, covering desks, and facilitating the company’s operational flow.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Administrative Support: Manage essential daily administrative office tasks, including the efficient distribution of mail throughout the building and maintaining schedules with high attention to detail.
• Operational Coverage: Provide temporary coverage for desks when regularly assigned assistants are away, ensuring continuous departmental operations and workflow.
• Project & Logistics Coordination: Complete various ad-hoc department projects as assigned and run necessary errands, which may include tasks around Beverly Hills.
• Talent Facilitation: Assist agents by reading and summarizing scripts, contributing to their client and talent evaluation processes.
• Career Development: Actively pursue internal career advancement by applying to and interviewing for open desk opportunities immediately upon becoming available in the floater pool, regardless of department.

• Experience: Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a proven track record of executing assigned tasks with accuracy and thoroughness.
• Skills: Highly detail-oriented and capable of handling complex instructions with careful follow-through; an excellent multi-tasker; possesses a friendly, open, professional demeanor while maintaining strict confidentiality; able to adapt quickly to changes and thrive in a demanding environment; dependable and proactive, adept at prioritizing workload and using time efficiently.
